By accessing or using the website of Les Moissonneurs (lesmoissonneurs.org) or purchasing tickets for our
events (including Gospelness 2026), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound
by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of our website immediately.
2. Faith-Based Non-Profit Purpose
Les Moissonneurs is a Christian non-profit organization dedicated to worship, discipleship, community
outreach, and the promotion of Christian arts and faith. All materials, events, and programs are operated
in accordance with our ministry principles and non-profit objectives.
3. Event Ticketing, Admissions & Eventbrite Checkout
Ticket sales for Gospelness 2026 and other ministry concerts are processed through Eventbrite's embedded
ticketing service. By completing a ticket purchase on our website, you also agree to Eventbrite's Terms of
Service and Purchase Policies.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, event tickets are non-refundable but are fully transferable to another
individual. In the event of a concert rescheduling, purchased tickets remain valid for the new date.
4. Donations, Offerings & Stripe Payment Processing
Financial contributions and free-will offerings made to Les Moissonneurs support our community outreach,
worship gatherings, and evangelical mission. Online donations are processed securely via Stripe's hosted
platform (or direct Interac e-Transfer). Les Moissonneurs does not store credit card or banking details.
Donations are non-refundable once received. Official donation receipts, where applicable under Canadian
charitable regulations, will be issued in accordance with CRA guidelines.
5. Intellectual Property & Media Rights
All text, graphics, logos, images, audiovisual recordings, and software on this website are the property of
Les Moissonneurs or its featured artists (including Jonathan Nelson, Lily Yomi, and ONE8TEA) and are
protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.
By attending our public concerts and worship gatherings, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed,
or recorded for ministry broadcast, archive, and promotional purposes without financial compensation.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The website and all event materials are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Les Moissonneurs,
its directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages resulting from website downtime, errors, or event participation beyond the face value
of the ticket purchased.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of New
Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal dispute arising under these Terms
shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of Moncton, New Brunswick.
